An international life insurance group, with over $125 billion in assets under management, partnered with Acumen to establish a South African full-time consulting office in Cape Town. He leads Acumen’s South African recruitment business and drives the growth of its remote outsourcing model, helping clients access world-class talent without geographical constraints. Werner provides clients with in-depth market knowledge and access to established networks of hard-to-find talent, both locally and internationally.
