Hayley began her career as a lawyer in the UK before moving into executive search in 2013. Since then, she has built an international recruitment career spanning four jurisdictions, leading senior‑level appointments across the (re)insurance, financial services, legal, and compliance sectors.
Hayley has worked extensively with start‑up and high‑growth businesses, developing a strong commercial mindset and a particular focus on business development. For the past five years, she has specialised exclusively in offshore recruitment, building long‑standing relationships across the Cayman Islands and Bermuda.
