Hayley began her career as a lawyer in the UK before moving into executive search in 2013. Since then, she has built an international recruitment career spanning four jurisdictions, leading senior‑level appointments across the (re)insurance, financial services, legal, and compliance sectors.
Hayley has worked extensively with start‑up and high‑growth businesses, developing a strong commercial mindset and a particular focus on business development. For the past five years, she has specialised exclusively in offshore recruitment, building long‑standing relationships across Bermuda and the Cayman Islands, where she serves as the dedicated contact for permanent staffing requirements.

Graham leads our Actuarial Life division in the UK and also specialises in the Bermuda market. He has worked within the actuarial arena since 2010 assisting clients within both industry and consultancy environments. Graham has a vast network of candidates from analyst through to partner levels, as well as contingent recruitment Graham has supported several businesses with recruitment campaigns and guidance ranging from graduate hiring to senior level retained searches across the UK, Europe and Asia markets.

Charlie joined Acumen in 2024 to spearhead the growth and development of the Actuarial practice in the UK. She has extensive experience recruiting into the Lloyds and London Market on a permanent and interim basis.
Charlie has cultivated a wide-spread network of Actuaries and Risk professionals throughout her time in the market and has a proven track record of recruiting Actuarial professionals in the UK and Bermuda from junior to senior Executive search projects.
