Shaun has over 15 years of experience in agency and corporate recruitment, with a diverse background in finance, banking, IT and healthcare sectors. He spent his previous 15 years in Canada before bringing his talents to Bermuda in 2019 specializing in Insurance/Reinsurance and Finance sectors.
Having successfully conducted recruitment drives across all of Canada, he is well versed in the use of various search tools to ensure the widest pool of talent is considered. Shaun has joined the Acumen team to head up recruitment activities for our Bermuda office in both temporary and permanent capacity and is ready to assist you in your search.

Samantha has a history of successfully recruiting actuaries and data specialists, across student to senior levels, into general insurance and life insurance reinsurance companies in the UK and globally. Samantha brings her extensive actuarial recruitment knowledge to the team. With the ever-changing landscape of insurance and reinsurance, she is passionate about using effective communication, in- depth understanding and research to connect the best talent to your tailored business needs no matter how specific or niche.
Samantha has previously co-written articles for The Actuary magazine with senior actuaries and held talks for FIA students.
Harry is the Lead Researcher for Actuarial and Risk positions with a focus on headhunting student to c-suite level candidates into General Insurance, Life Insurance and Reinsurance companies covering the UK, US, and Bermuda markets. Harry is passionate about conducting detailed and tailored searches to find the best talent across global insurance and reinsurance markets.
