Tisha is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in South Africa and completed her articles with Deloitte in Johannesburg. Her professional journey spans a range of industries, including insurance, banking, capital markets, retail, and hospitality, giving her a broad and practical understanding of diverse financial landscapes.
She joined the Acumen team in 2020 and is responsible for managing the firm’s portfolio of international clients, for whom Acumen provides outsourced accounting services. In 2025, Tisha was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer, reflecting her leadership within the business and her role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across the group.
