Werner holds a degree in Industrial Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience in specialized finance and accounting recruitment and outsourcing. He joined Acumen in 2020 with the vision of growing the Acumen brand in South Africa and expanding its global reach. Werner has extensive expertise in finance and accounting, audit, and specialized financial recruitment across a wide range of industries.

He leads Acumen’s South African recruitment business and drives the growth of its remote outsourcing model, helping clients access world-class talent without geographical constraints. Werner provides clients with in-depth market knowledge and access to established networks of hard-to-find talent, both locally and internationally.

Together with his team, he delivers remote outsourcing solutions, permanent and interim recruitment solutions, RPO services, and exclusive search assignments to clients in South Africa, Bermuda, Cayman, the UK, and the US—ensuring cost-effective, high-quality talent integrated seamlessly into global operations.
