At Acumen, our goal is to provide the optimal solution for your remote resourcing needs. This would involve determining which of the below models works best for you:

Remote Resource Models:

  • Source a single resource – likely to simply fit into your existing team, on a short or long-term basis.
  • Source a team of consultants – in this scenario Acumen would appoint one key person to act as the conduit between the client and the team of contractors, ensuring ease of communication in both directions
  • Set up an office as employer of record – Acumen can set up a small office in South Africa, where the team of full time accountants would conduct their work out of. (Hybrid or Full time models)
  • Set up an office for your team and entity – Acumen can assist with and provide advice on setting up an entity in South Africa, and employing an in country team lead and staff on full time basis
